The end of Advertising

Advertising works, this has been shown by Google, who make their money mainly from advertising at over 20 million a week. Google Adsense seems to have taken over the internet and can be seen on every site, in every spare space. It has become the subject of much discussion but due to it’s success and plethora of Google Adsense ads to be seen all over the internet, it would seem they now largely go unnoticed simply because they have become a common occurrence.

Advertising is really the only way to make money online if you have your own website, and considering that all forms of advertising and methods of catching the user’s eye has been used and are now able to be ignored and/or avoided, How are products to be advertised? How are webmasters to make money quite as easily if they do not wish to sell the info or products on their sites? How else can the user’s attention be grabbed which has not already been used and now of no effect? Users are so used to seeing the Ads by Google box that they no longer pay it any attention, no one reads it, no products or services or websites get advertised, webmasters make no money, users find it harder to find products which they want because the ads don’t usually contain what they want, they no longer look.

Popups, peel-away ads, interstitials, slide in ads, in page popups, banners, videos, games, email, and any other methods of advertising you care to mention have all been exhausted.

For the good of everyone, a new method needs to be found, so users can easily find an advert they want to see, so the webmaster’s income may be preserved, head over to to help think of a solution.
